Why did you choose to open your business in New Ulm?

To create a gathering space for all types of groups.  I wanted to focus on community and bringing together local vendors, regular customers, a unique space and high quality products.

How has the New Ulm EDA/newulmbusiness.com helped you with your business startup?

The EDA was my first stop, to express my interest and get feedback on my business idea.  They helped me gather information and the contacts necessary to get the project started.

Tell us something exciting about your business.

We are celebrating one year in business on January 17, 2025.  Our focus on community keeps us driving forward, as we have created a space that locals love to frequent.

Have you cooperated/contracted with any other local businesses or people during your startup?

Lindsay Henn, owner of MN EIS, was a massive help with all of my business planning and assisting during the initial start up.  Her experience in the food industry was very valuable.  Domeier Construction, JLV Tile/Flooring, GMS & Tony Ruch were the contractors that work on our project and all did phenomenal work.
