Why did you choose to open your business in New Ulm?
I love downtown New Ulm and had a business downtown previously that we closed in 2020. New Ulm is growing and the downtown area is becoming more diverse with regards to businesses.
How has the New Ulm EDA/newulmbusiness.com helped you with your business startup?
Heather reached out right away and set up a welcome meeting and provided me with information about grants, signage, and other important topics.
Tell us something exciting about your business.
We are doing more custom work for people and seeing their pieces being transformed and recreated has been fun.
Have you cooperated/contracted with any other local businesses or people during your startup?
We participated in Chamber events like Shop Small.
What advice do you have for anyone else thinking of starting a business in New Ulm?
I always encourage people to consider New Ulm and am quick to share about incentives and the cooperation between downtown businesses to promote the town.
